Plain terms for a small purchase.
Toon Words is published by High5 Labs LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Buying or using it means you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
A one-time payment buys a personal, non-transferable license to study the set or sets you chose on toonwords.com, for as long as the site operates. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Your access link
After checkout you receive an access link. It is for you and the people in your household. Please do not post it publicly or resell it; a link that is shared widely may be turned off and a new one issued to the buyer.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, email support@toonwords.com from the address you bought with and we refund the purchase in full through Stripe, our payment processor. After 14 days, write anyway and we will do what is fair.
The content
Every word link, caption, example sentence and cartoon on Toon Words is original work owned by High5 Labs LLC. You may use it to study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute or sell it.
Availability and changes
We may add cards, fix cards and improve the app without notice. We may also retire the service; if that happens we will say so on the site well ahead of time.
Warranty and liability
Toon Words is provided as is. We make no promise about test scores or grades. To the extent the law allows, High5 Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is the amount you paid.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
